Payment FAQs – Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm & Invoice Payments

You will be sent a invoice for the total amount of your session.When checking out, select Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm at payment. You will be redirected to their secure portal to complete your payment plan.

Yes. Approval is handled directly by Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm. We do not control or guarantee approval decisions.

Your booking is only confirmed once we receive full payment from your chosen payment provider or your invoice is paid in full. No sessions are added to schedule until payment received.

Yes. However, please note that all deposits are non-refundable regardless of payment method.

If your payment provider declines or cancels your plan, your booking will be canceled immediately, and your session time will be released.

We do not charge extra for using Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm. However, late fees or interest from the provider are your responsibility.

No. Once you choose Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, or invoice, the payment method cannot be changed for that booking.
