Q: How do I book a session?
A: All bookings are made directly through our website at TTMN478.com. Select your session type, choose a time, and complete payment to secure your spot.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead to ensure your desired date and time are available.
Q: Can I book through social media?
A: We only accept bookings through our website unless paying in full through an approved direct invoice.
💳 Payments & Deposits
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, all sessions require a non-refundable deposit. Full payment is due 24 hours before your session.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit/debit cards, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, and direct invoices.
Q: Is my payment refundable?
A: No. All payments are non-refundable. Please review our policy before booking.
🕒 Session Details
Q: When should I arrive?
A: Arrive on time for your scheduled start time. Late arrivals over 50% of session time will be automatically canceled without refund.
Q: How long is my session?
A: Session length depends on the package booked. Time starts and ends at your scheduled slot.
Q: Can I bring my own props?
A: Yes! We encourage you to bring props. We also offer props for rent as add-ons.

🖼 Editing & Delivery
Q: How long until I get my photos?
A: Edited galleries are delivered within 5–7 business days unless you purchase rush delivery.
Q: Will you Photoshop my images?
A: Basic retouching (lighting changes, skin cleaning) is included. Photoshop edits are available as an add-on.
Q: Can I get the unedited images?
A: Yes, free if you bring a flash drive, or $10 for email delivery.

Q: Can I extend my session the day of?
A: Extensions are possible if the schedule allows and must be paid before continuing.
Q: Do you help with posing?
A: Basic posing assistance is included. If you want more guidance, we recommend adding our “Posing Assistance” add-on.
Q: Can I play my own music during the shoot?
A: Yes, feel free to bring a playlist to help set the mood.
💻 After Your Session
Q: Can I request changes to my photos after delivery?
A: Additional edits are available for a fee. We do not re-edit previously completed work for free.
Q: What if I lose my photos?
A: We do not guarantee long-term storage of your images. Please download and back them up as soon as you receive them.
Q: Can I get my images without your watermark/logo?
A: Personal-use photos will include our discreet logo unless you purchase a commercial-use license or logo removal add-on.
📑 Policies Clients Should Know
No Refunds – All payments are final.
Late Arrivals – Over 50% late = session canceled, no refund.
Rescheduling – One free reschedule with 48+ hours’ notice.
Guest Policy – Minors must be accompanied by an adult. No large groups unless booked.
Content Use – We may use images and videos for marketing unless you opt out in writing before your session.
📍 Locations & Travel
Q: Do you shoot outdoors, on location or at client homes?
A: Yes! Travel fees may apply outside of Warner Robins, GA. We recommend scouting outdoor locations for lighting and background in advance.
Q: Do you help with location ideas?
A: Yes, we can suggest locations based on your theme and budget

Q: Can I cancel my booking?
A: Yes, but all payments are non-refundable. Please review our rescheduling and cancellation policy for details.
Q: Do you work with children and pets?
A: Yes, but please inform us in advance. All minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Pets must be leashed or contained when not being photographed.
🖌 Photoshop Services FAQ
Q: What’s the difference between Photoshop edits and regular retouching?
A: Regular retouching includes light adjustments like color correction, skin smoothing, and lighting fixes. Photoshop work involves advanced edits such as background replacement, object removal, composite images, or creative transformations.
Q: Can I book a session just for Photoshop edits?
A: Yes, we offer Photoshop-only bookings for clients who want all images heavily edited. If you only need a few photos edited, we recommend booking a regular session and adding the per-photo Photoshop add-on.
Q: Do you guarantee a specific final result?
A: No. We will work to achieve your requested edits as closely as possible, but all Photoshop work is subject to creative interpretation and technical limitations.
Q: Can I request revisions after my Photoshop images are delivered?
A: No free re-edits are included. Any changes after delivery will require a new paid edit. Please be clear about your vision before we begin editing.
Q: How long does Photoshop work take?
A: Turnaround time depends on complexity. Most Photoshop bookings are delivered within 5–7 business days, but advanced composites may require more time.
Q: Can you Photoshop other people’s images?
A: We only edit images we have taken or have documented permission to edit. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions.
