 FAQs

  • To secure your event date, book directly through the website booking or complete the booking form on our website and submit the required deposit. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is paid and you receive a confirmation email.

  • We do any type of event you need captured. The most commonly booked events are baby showers, gender reveals, church events, corporate events, real estate closings, and birthday parties. But we are happy to capture any event.

  • Our minimum requirement for booking is one hour. However, we recommend to book at least 2-3 hours, if not your whole event to make sure your desired images are captured even if there is a delay in the start of the event.

    Please note the session starts at the time booked, not when the event starts.

  • This is not a guarantee, the ability to stay longer will be based on any other engagements or bookings scheduled after your session. If the time behind you has already been booked we will not be able to stay longer. Please plan accordingly and secure all your needed time at the original booking.

    If we are able to stay payment will be due prior to the end of the already paid session to remain longer.

  • Yes, we travel anywhere needed. Travel fees apply for events outside Warner Robins, GA, and are calculated based on distance, travel time, and any overnight accommodation needs.

  • Candid photos during an event is included in event photography. This includes photos of decor and off guard photos as well.

    The main focus in event photography is capturing the decor as well as action shots throughout the event.

  • If you are looking to do a photoshoot you select On Location Session, any type of posing would fall under on location.

    Event photography is only candid photography during events. as well as decor photos.

  • We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times at TTMN Studios. However please allow three to five business days for photos to be safe.

    There is a 24-hour turnaround option available for an additional fee if photos needed immediately.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit amount will be applied to your total balance. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or changes in event details.

  • All payments made are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, you may apply payments toward a future booking within 3 months, based on availability. Cancellations within 30 days of the event date forfeit all payments.

  • Rescheduling is allowed one time with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply. Less than 30 days’ notice is considered a cancellation.

  • We do our best to capture all important moments but cannot guarantee specific images due to variables such as lighting, crowding, or event flow. Providing a shot list in advance can help guide us.
