  • To Secure Your Date: Book directly through our website or complete the booking form and submit the required deposit. Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received and a confirmation email is sent.

  • We proudly capture all types of events, big or small. Our most frequently booked include baby showers, gender reveals, church functions, proposals, weddings, corporate events, real estate closings, and birthday celebration, but we’re happy to cover any occasion that matters to you.

  • Our minimum requirement for booking is one hour. However, we recommend to book at least 2-3 hours, if not your whole event to make sure your desired images are captured even if there is a delay in the start of the event.

    Please note the session starts at the time booked, not when the event starts.

  • Please Note: Extended time is not guaranteed and depends on other scheduled bookings. If additional time is needed, it must be secured during your initial booking. If we are able to stay longer, payment for the extension is required before the end of your scheduled session.

  • Yes, we do travel for events. Travel fees apply for locations outside Warner Robins, GA, and are based on distance, travel time, and any necessary accommodations.

  • Event Photography includes candid coverage of your event, capturing décor details and natural, in-the-moment shots. The focus is on documenting the atmosphere and action as it unfolds.

    Please Note: Event photography does not include posed or directed photos. If you would like a styled or guided photoshoot, please book an on-location photoshoot separately.

  • On-Location Session: Choose this option if you’d like a photoshoot with posing and direction from our photography team.

    Event Photography: This option covers candid moments and décor during your event only; it does not include posed or directed shots.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date.

    Popular dates often fill quickly, so the sooner you book, the better chance you have of guaranteeing availability.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit amount will be applied to your total balance. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, or changes in event details.

  • All payments made are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, you may apply payments toward a future booking within 3 months, based on availability. Cancellations within 30 days of the event date forfeit all payments.

  • Rescheduling is allowed one time with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply. Less than 30 days’ notice is considered a cancellation.

  • We do our best to capture all important moments but cannot guarantee specific images due to variables such as lighting, crowding, or event flow. Providing a shot list in advance can help guide us.

  • Any additional costs required to provide services at your selected location—such as permits, venue fees, additional insurance requests, or any other mandatory expense, are the sole responsibility of the client.

    If these costs are not paid by the client, our team will be unable to operate at the location. This will be considered a client cancellation, and all payments made will be forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy.
